The property Arne Jacobsens Allé 15-17, called HUB2, was recertified in 2024, and here we have raised the previous silver certification to platinum, which is the highest level of certification. The great result is in the category for properties in operation, and the property is among the first four in Denmark to achieve platinum. One of the others is our neighbouring property Arne Jacobsens Allé 13, called HUB3.
Naturally, we're pleased with the result because it's a pat on the back for our ongoing work and investments, and it also makes the property more attractive and thus benefits our customers on a day-to-day basis and, for example, in relations to an ESG profile.
